Refund Policy

At Snapland, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our plans and subscriptions. Should you wish to cancel your plan, please refer to the following refund policy:

Monthly Plans: Users who have purchased a monthly plan can request a refund within 14 days from the first settlement date, which occurs when the customer first subscribes to the plan. Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the plan minus any credits already used.

Yearly Plans: For users who have opted for a yearly plan, a discounted rate is applied to reflect the commitment to the full year. If a user decides to cancel an annual plan before the end of the subscription period, the original discount applied at the time of purchase will be canceled. The refund calculation will then be based on the equivalent monthly rate without any discount applied.

Applicability of law and jurisdiction

The use of the Site for these Terms of Use will be applied exclusively to the laws of the State of Israel. The unique and exclusive legal authority regarding the use of the site and/or the terms of use is given to the courts in the city of Aviv, Israel.
